A resilience career that started with a 7.8 magnitude earthquake
I am a seasoned, award-winning business continuity and cyber security practitioner with more than a decade of international experience in business and operational resilience.
What began as a personal resilience journey after living through a 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Mexico City became a daily strength and a motivation. It led me to move from Mexico City to London, where I stayed for nine years and worked across a wide range of resilience projects.
Since returning to France in 2022, I have worked in cyber risk and business continuity for clients in luxury, financial services, engineering and technology, with a particular focus on quantifying cyber risk using the FAIR methodology.
LOD Resilience Consultancy is the result: a boutique practice offering that full set of expertise directly, to clients whatever their location or industry.
Projects I am proud of
- Creation and implementation of a full business continuity management system for Arup's London headquarters (3,000 staff, £150,000 programme funding secured).
- Development and implementation, with Arup's cyber risk team, of sensitivity data labels for 17,000+ staff globally.
- Global rollout of Arup's emergency notification system during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Cyber risk quantification using the FAIR methodology for luxury, watchmaking and asset management clients.
